Returns & Refunds Policy

At Surplush, we supply businesses with essential products and understand the importance of reliable service. If there is an issue with your order, we'll work with you to resolve it quickly and professionally.

Returns

Returns are accepted for unused, unopened goods within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • • Items must be in their original packaging
  • • Items must be in resaleable condition
  • • You must provide proof of purchase

To request a return, email info@surplush.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

  • • Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part
  • • Returns not meeting the above conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your delivery arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@surplush.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or credit as appropriate.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is faulty or sent in error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
