Using Medisan Hand Sanitiser means there is no need to rinse off hands this makes this product ideal when soap and water are not readily available. Washing our hands with soap and water lifts dirt and germs off the surface of our hands and rinses them away. When soap and water are not available, the next best thing is hand sanitiser. Medisan hand sanitisers kill germs on contact. The product has recently been tested to BSEN 14476.
